FAQ
Is the subscription sharpening my knives?
No — you use our knives. We swap them monthly so yours avoid wear & tear.
What about damage or loss?
$50 refundable deposit covers normal wear. For damage/loss, we charge a simple replacement fee.
Are the knives sanitized?
Yes. For subscriptions, all knives are fully sanitized before each swap. For sharpening, we wash your knives and block before returning them to you.
